Lattice
2022 – Current
Lattice develops hr software for people operations and talent management. My team of up to 10 designers and design managers worked on products to facilitate performance assessment, skills development, and manager effectiveness—for individual contributors, line managers, managers of managers to department heads. I also led the exploration of new products in productivity and AI.
Samsara
2019 – 2022
Samsara is a platform that captures IoT data for companies to run their physical operations with increased safety, efficiency, and sustainability. I led teams of designers that worked on products for AI safety programs, equipment tracking, maintenance, and driver workflows.
Facebook (Meta)
2016–2019
Facebook, now known as Meta, is the worlds largest social network. I worked on several products to drive social impact in civic engagement, financial inclusion and philanthropy.
Twitter (X)
2014–2016
Twitter, now known as X, is the most talked about social network. I joined Twitter’s platform team with deep Android design expertise. I defined patterns and components to support a design team at scale (nearing 100 designers). Next, I led design for international growth initiatives in India, such as carrier partnerships, low-bandwidth experiences, and a new sports product for the Cricket World Cup. I concluded my time at Twitter working on Identity and Profiles, deeply understanding and crafting how people want to portray and express themselves.
Evernote
2014–2016
Evernote is a note-taking app that pioneered personal productivity. At the time, it consistently was best-in class on all available platforms (desktop, iOS, Android, Windows Phone). I designed every feature in the Android App, which included the core note taking experience, rich-text editing, handwriting, reminders and a marketplace for integrated gear.
